General Summary
Contributes in a peer support capacity to facilitate recovery and enhance wellness. Serves as a role model for recovery for both staff and peers, and partners with peers in developing recovery tools and building support networks. Has two primary functions: direct peer support (with 65% productivity for billable services) and supervisory activities for monitoring certified peer specialist's work and outcomes. (3-5 FT equivalents).
