If you're passionate about transportation design, collaborative problem-solving, and seeing your work take shape in the real world, this is your chance to make an impact. What You’ll Do: As a Civil Engineer, you’ll work closely with project managers and multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver infrastructure projects that keep communities moving. Perform and review advanced engineering calculations for roadway and transportation projects Conduct field surveys, site investigations, and substantial completion audits Develop scalable and detailed plans, profiles, and design drawings using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and civil engineering design tools Assist in proposal and work plan development, as well as project coordination, budgeting, and scheduling Respond to RFIs, review submittals, edit specifications, and contribute to accurate cost estimates Participate in QA/QC reviews and ensure quality standards throughout all project phases Attend client and internal team meetings to define project goals and support construction-phase services Stay up to date with the latest DOT regulations, design standards, and best practices in transportation engineering QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university Active Professional Engineer (PE) license Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of state DOT design standards, AASHTO guidelines, and related regulations Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage time across multiple projects Why Join Us: Make a direct impact on transportation systems across communities Be part of a respected team with decades of engineering excellence Collaborate on a wide range of infrastructure projects Enjoy a supportive environment that encourages professional development and growth Receive a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
