We are seeking a Computer Repair Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers when they enter the store.
- Assist customers with hardware sales.
- Provide high quality interactions with customers.
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Replace hardware components in desktops and laptops.
- Set up new routers and network devices for home use.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot issues regarding all hardware and software.
- Install software/hardware on workstations.
- Generate invoices for clients and accept payments.
- Provide telephone and remote support to users.
- Assist senior tech staff with on-site support and technical projects as needed.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills.
- Patience, must be able to work with users of all skill levels.
- Previous experience in IT.
- Knowledge of Windows & MAC Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- A+ Certification
