Earn $16.50/hour

Schedule: PRN; Varied per program need. Must be available for weekends and rotating holidays.

Position Details

The Extended Acute Care (EAC) program in York provides comprehensive, therapeutic support for individuals living with chronic mental health conditions. As part of our dedicated kitchen team, our Cooks play a vital role in maintaining a nurturing environment by preparing nutritious meals for 18–25 residents, depending on the meal service.

While formal culinary training is not required, experience cooking for large groups is essential. The ideal candidate will be dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a team-oriented setting that supports the overall wellness and recovery of our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook three meals and two snacks daily for residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
