Electronic Banking Services Representative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Electronic Banking Representative will learn and become proficient with the full line of Cornerstone Bank’s Electronic Banking products that include bill payment, mobile deposit, direct deposit payroll, wire transfer and remote deposit. The Electronic Banking department also supports the Bank’s ATM network.   

QUALIFICATIONS:

Equivalent to a high school education. Prefer customer service experience and a working knowledge of personal computers. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently. Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank.
