Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership
- Plan, organize, and manage hardscape projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and guide crew members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Installation Expertise
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and project designs.
- Operate and oversee the use of equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and saws.
- Install hardscape features, including pavers, retaining walls, and drainage systems, with precision and attention to detail.
- Safety & Compliance
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections of tools, equipment, and job sites for safety compliance.
- Team Management
- Train and mentor crew members in hardscape techniques and safe work practices.
- Assign tasks based on team members’ skills and project requirements.
- Monitor crew performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Client Interaction
- Communicate with clients to address questions, concerns, and project updates.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Administrative Duties
- Track and report project progress, including materials used and hours worked.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hardscape installation.
- Proven leadership experience in a foreman role.
- Proficiency in hardscape construction techniques and equipment operation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical labor.
