Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a Jr. Planner to join our team and help support production scheduling, customer communication, and on-time delivery performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, solving problems, and building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.

Requirements

Support daily production planning and scheduling activities
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and scheduling updates
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Shipping teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Monitor open orders and identify potential delays or scheduling concerns
Maintain accurate information within the ERP/MRP system
Assist with prioritizing jobs based on customer demand and production capacity
Prepare reports related to scheduling, backlog, and delivery performance
Help drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Prior manufacturing, planning, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred
ERP/MRP system experience is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
