You’ll assess resident needs, support care plan implementation, and provide compassionate clinical care. Lead and mentor CNAs while helping the team deliver consistent, person-centered care every day. Nurses must maintain an active nursing license in their Primary State of Residence. Nurses whose Primary State of Residence is South Carolina must hold a South Carolina nursing license and a South Carolina driver's license or state-issued ID with a South Carolina address. Candidates residing outside of South Carolina must maintain appropriate licensure in accordance with their Primary State of Residence and NLC requirements. ♦Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing. ♦ Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality. ♦ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. ♦ Ability to work professionally with residents, families, staff, and physicians. ♦ Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
