Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Location: Pyramid Healthcare – York, PA
Schedule: Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Every other weekend required
Pay: $30–$34/hour (before shift differentials)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our inpatient team. In this role, you’ll play a meaningful part in supporting individuals on their recovery journey—while working in a structured, low-physical-demand clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions
Administer medications and provide patient education
Assist with detox protocols utilizing COWS and CIWA scales
Collaborate with medical providers on assessments and medication management
Ensure medical equipment is maintained and functioning properly
Support overall patient care and safety

Qualifications

Current or pending LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Passion for working in behavioral health and substance use treatment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
