LPN Supervisor – 2nd Shift (3pm–11pm)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to join our exceptional team of behavioral healthcare professionals and play a key role in supporting our clients’ recovery journeys and leading nursing operations during the 2nd shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision to LPNs and other nursing staff during the 2nd shift.
Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions.
Administer and educate clients on medications.
Learn and assist with detox protocols using COWS and CIWA scales.
Coordinate and support medical providers with assessments and medication management.
Maintain medical equipment in proper working order.
Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Current or pending LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership nursing role preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in behavioral healthcare or substance use treatment settings a plus.
