Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician I plays a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality, and welcoming homes for residents across HDC MidAtlantic’s affordable housing communities. This position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and readiness of assigned properties while contributing to a consistent, resident-centered experience across the portfolio. Working under the direction of the Community Manager, the Maintenance Technician I ensures that communities meet HDC’s standards for safety, curb appeal, and operational performance. This role reflects HDC’s commitment to housing stability and dignity by delivering responsive, reliable, and trauma-informed maintenance service that residents can trust. |
