Master Planner
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
We are looking for Planner Master to ensure that the supply of materials meet the production schedule and minimum stock levels to ensure operational and production continuity. Responsible to assist in overseeing the overall production, parts delivery and inventory status and ensure production and inventory targets are achieved through managing of delivery performance, JCMS material control and supplier planning management.

How you will do it:
路 Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels
路 Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit
路 Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions
路 Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries
路 Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule
路 Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production
路 Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement
路 Utilize any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or IT system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required
路 Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy
路 Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels
路 Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy
路 Minimize obsolete stock and ensure business is left with minimum liability
路 Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update others in the organization
路 Commit to the elimination of unsafe conditions, using appropriate PPE equipment and complying with pre-established rules (Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety and Quality), being aware of internal policies and procedures.
路 Hands on experience in handling Material Control on negotiating with supplier, forecasting on parts delivery, payment on time and ensure of parts availability for production.
路 Ensure compliance of P2P processes and timely payment to vendors as per agreed payment term.
路 Maintain department KPI in accordance with established targets while maintaining quality, on time delivery, inventory accuracy and schedule attainment.
路 Ensuring the personnel skill levers are maintained with the capability to carry out their duties.
路 Reporting on Total inventory (RM,WIP, FG) plan and estimation by weekly to Top Management accordance to company needs, in order to ensure plan and delivery as requirement.
REQUIREMENTS:
路 Bachelor degree in technical or other relevant area, more than 7 years of proven experience
路 Good understanding of supply chain processes and their interdependencies
路 Understanding of supplier relationships and some experience of working with suppliers
路 Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills
路 Knowledge and experience of using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems or similar
路 Knowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous
路 Good problem-solving skills.
路 Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box.
路 Interpersonal Relationship and Communication skills
路 Strong planning, organizing and focus oriented skills.
路 Able to interpret on ISO9001, ISO14001 AND OHSAS 18001 standards system requirement.
路 Able to formulate strategy to promote safety awareness and eliminate hazard
$85,000 - 117,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and聽abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
