Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and engage with fleet vendor in management of leased and owned inventory,  including vehicle procurement, disposal, assignments, maintenance, registration and accident management.
  • Manage annual ordering cycle through engagement with region leadership, fleet vendor and drivers.
  • Act as primary internal contact for drivers, responding to questions and escalations from vendor in a timely manner.
  • Maintain internal driver resources.
  • Administer internal fleet program, primarily comprising company cars, as well as pool cars and other fleet vehicles, as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including e.g. Finance, Sustainability, Legal, Purchasing.
  • Maintain and distribute reporting as required by internal teams.
  • Monitor budget and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal governance requirements.

Your Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years work experience.
  • Prior experience in fleet management desired.
  • Proficiency with MS Office required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. Customer-oriented approach to work.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

Preferred:

  • Experience with other cloud-based platforms desired.
