The Mortgage Loan Processor will assist Loan Officers with the preparation and processing of real estate loans. Â This is a full-time position with the full Cornerstone Bank employee benefit package. Â Â
This position cannot be done remotely.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will process initial real estate loan applications, order appraisals, credit reports, title insurance, pest inspections, etc. Prepare loan documents using MortgageBot and LaserPro software. Prepare documents for closings, which include balancing closing numbers with Title Companies and Attorneys. Process final documents after closing. Input loan information into system. Prepare files for transfer to investor. File and perfect liens. Â

QUALIFICATIONS:
Equivalent to a high school education. Prefer two years’ work experience. Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently. Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank.   Â
