Location: York, PA
Shift: 2nd Shift | Full-Time

Pay: $22.96 - $26.44 +($1.50 Shift Premium)

Join our team as a Panel Assembly Technician, where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will help shape high-quality commercial air handling units. This hands-on role involves assembling and insulating panels, doors, walls, and drain pans with precision. What You’ll Do

  • Read and interpret specification sheets to identify correct parts.

  • Assemble panels and components according to detailed instructions.

  • Install windows, hardware, and purchased parts into assemblies.

  • Apply insulation to panels as specified.

  • Label panels for tracking and organize them for delivery.

  • Operate forklifts and other tools to move materials and complete tasks.

  • Complete production logs and deviation reports.

  • Disassemble and correct improperly assembled or damaged panels.

  • Use rivet guns, air guns, knives, and handheld spot welders.

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow.

  • Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma/GED and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrates an attention to detail.

  • Ability to read and understand basic instructions and communicate effectively.

  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

  • Capable of following instructions and solving routine problems.

  • Forklift license required (can be obtained within 3 months of hire).

Work Environment:

  • Exposure to moderate noise and airborne particles.

  • Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms.

  • Occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs.

  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
