About the Role:
Therapy World LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Rock Hill, SC. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, and range of motion to develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery and pain relief
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist in supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff as needed
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Physical Therapy licensure in the state of South Carolina
- CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
- Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitative physical therapy preferred
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based PT practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting
