Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial plant performance and develop measures for plant cost optimization. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare plant related budgeting/planning processes, monitor progress to agreed finanical budgets and analyze financial deviations on plant level.
  • Monitor and analyze financial plant performance indicators to identify trends and variances.
  • Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance plant efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for plant management review.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making in plants.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational plant performance.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial plans for the plant

Your Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in controlling.
  • Experience Developing and implementing cost control measures.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and maintain confidentiality
  • Must possess very well-developed problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills and has demonstrated the ability to be self-directed and effectively relate to all levels of an organization
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel (especially Word and Excel)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
