You’re Role in the Blueprint:Â
Inch & Co. Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of commercial and multi-family construction projects — from early scope involvement through final delivery. You'll provide leadership and accountability across internal teams, field superintendents, and project partners to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards. This role is built for someone who anticipates challenges, makes confident decisions, and holds themselves and others to a high bar.Â
Â
What You’ll Build:Â
- Lead and maintain accountability across all phases of construction — schedule, budget, cost tracking, and project recordsÂ
- Issue and administer subcontracts, change orders, and purchase ordersÂ
- Coordinate closely with field superintendents, architects, engineers, and consultants on sequencing, logistics, and evolving project detailsÂ
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications, driving open items to resolutionÂ
- Maintain accurate project documentation using Knowify, Microsoft Project, and related toolsÂ
- Provide regular project updates to leadership.Â

Your Foundation:Â
- 5+ years of construction project management experience; commercial or multi-family preferredÂ
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, project coordination, organizational and leadership skillsÂ
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Â
