Concordia has an exciting opportunity for a Speech Therapist to join our Rehabilitative team at our newest locations: Concordia at SpiriTrust - 4 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Central PA. If you are a dedicated and compassionate SLP, we would love to welcome you to our team!

We have a Full-time unique travelling experience available with a $10,000 relocation/sign-on bonus offered - perfect for a new grad or an experienced speech therapist looking for a new opportunity!!

Our licensed SLPs evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized treatment to help our skilled nursing residents and patients restore speech, improve cognition, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent disabilities - supporting our residents’ and short-term rehab patients’ recovery, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities of Speech Therapists:

• Perform resident evaluations, provide direct therapy services and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborates with Interdisciplinary Team and provides family and caregiver education to improve patient quality of life.
• Submits timely and accurate documentation.

Background and Expertise of a Speech Therapist:

• Current Speech Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• *** New Speech Therapy graduates welcome and encouraged to apply. ***
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
