WellStaffed offers team members the opportunity to work across five specialties on six‑week assignments. This model supports staffing needs throughout the system while providing staff with flexibility, variety, and broad clinical experience. We are looking for team members to support our Med/Surg, ICU and ER departments in our North and East locations at this time which includes the following sites: Evangelical, Good Samaritan and Ephrata Community.

Full-Time - 0.9 FTE/72 Hours Biweekly

Night Shift - 7pm-7am

Every 3rd Weekend; 1 Major, 1 Minor and 1 Split Holiday

Eligible for Shift Differential and WellStaffed Differential

General Summary

Assignments are made across the WellSpan system for various lengths of time. Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the principles of patient and family-centered care based on the nursing process and according to the clinical standards of assigned hospital. Acts as a primary nurse for patients on the unit. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. May require specialized skills depending on unit assignment.
