Job Details:

Provide targeted instruction through resource, small-group, and inclusion services. Support the implementation of IEP goals, accommodations, and instructional modifications. Evaluate and document student progress while making instructional adjustments as needed. Work collaboratively with general education teachers, families, and related-service professionals. Attend IEP meetings and assist with developing and reviewing individualized student goals. Maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and success.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and classroom-management skills.
  • Previous experience working with students receiving special education services preferred.
