We are seeking a flexible, dependable, and quality-focused RN Clinical Coordinator We’re looking for a We want YOU to join our exceptional team as an RN Clinical Coordinator to join our team who’s flexible, dependable, and passionate about quality care. You’ll assess resident needs, support care plan implementation, and provide compassionate clinical care.  Lead and mentor CNAs while helping the team deliver consistent, person-centered care every day.   In this leadership role, you will assess resident needs, support and oversee care plan implementation, and provide hands-on, compassionate clinical care. You will play a key part in ensuring consistent, person-centered care while serving as a mentor and resource to our CNAs and nursing staff. Nurses must maintain an active nursing license in their Primary State of Residence. Nurses whose Primary State of Residence is South Carolina must hold a South Carolina nursing license and a South Carolina driver's license or state-issued ID with a South Carolina address.
