Â Ensures services are integrated and coordinated to deliver high-quality patient care, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational growth. Â Collaborates with executive leaders, physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and external partners to advance initiatives that enhance patient experience, strengthen team member engagement, improve health outcomes, and position WellSpan Health/WMG as a market leader.
