Your Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated co-op student to support University Relations and Development Programs at Schaeffler's Fort Mill, South Carolina campus. This role includes day-to-day campus recruiting and engagement support, event coordination, and a key project focused on University Partner success.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support university recruiting and event coordination, including calendars, sign-up sheets, prep calls, event registration, and outreach updates
  • Assist with recruiting communications and event promotion through email and internal channels
  • Support Development Programs by helping plan and coordinate annual conference and co-op engagement activities
  • Gather feedback and maintain records for recruiting and engagement activities
  • Complete a main project focused on evaluating Ambassador Team success and creating a sustainable method to measure Ambassador Team and university impact

Your Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent and currently pursuing an academic degree
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Interest in recruiting, university relations, or program coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa sponsorship
