Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance for regional operations and purchasing teams by assisting with industrial engineering projects and process improvements.
  • Collaborate on and lead projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs across multiple sites.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures, workflows, and technical guidelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and supply chain to ensure project alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor project progress and continuously check availability and utilization of capacities, resources, services and materials.
  • Evaluate capacities needed and coordinate project planning, staffing and resourcing.
  • Responsible for planning and optimizing production systems by applying systematic approaches to boost productivity and profitability.
  • Determine and evaluate KPIs for continuous improvement and to guide decision-making.
  • Develop programs, statistical reports, budgets and presentations.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field and +2 years of experience.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and administrative tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with SAP and PowerBI preferred.
