We are currently expanding our Skilled and Personal Care Nursing teams and are seeking quality-focused Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)!

Available Positions:

We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the following shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM- 2:30 PM (Skilled Center) 7:00AM-3:00PM (Personal Care)
• Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Skilled Center) 3PM-11PM (Personal Care)
• Night Shift: 10:30 PM- 6:30 AM (Skilled Center) 11PM-7AM (Personal Care)

Positions include an every-other-weekend rotation.

Responsibilities of a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse):

• Provide high-quality resident care with compassion and skill
• Administer medications, complete documentation, and conduct assessments
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members
• Supervise and support resident care staff
• Deliver treatments and procedures that make a real impact

Qualifications of a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse):

• Graduate of an approved nursing school
• Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
• A caring heart and a commitment to excellence
