Description

Toyota of York is hiring for a Customer Support Specialist/Cashier in our Service Center! This position involves working in a fast-paced, fun environment. The cashier handles all aspects of customer check-out as well as several administrative and miscellaneous duties to ensure good hospitality for our customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and using their exceptional organizational and customer service skills.聽

Responsibilities and Duties

路 Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from Service and Parts customers and records the amount received

路 Verifies accuracy of the customer鈥檚 bill using the dealership鈥檚 computer system and closed paid tickets

路 Directs customers who have additional questions or concerns to their Service Advisor or other appropriate individual

路 Records monies received on daily settlement sheets and verifies against cash-on-hand.

路 Balances drawer at end of shift.

路 Monitors list of customers in waiting area and follows up with service advisors and customers appropriately聽

路 Maintains a pleasant environment for customers by monitoring coffee station

路 General office duties including scanning customer invoices聽

路 Answering phones and scheduling customer appointments聽

路 Other miscellaneous duties as assigned聽

Requirements

  • 路 Excellent customer service skills聽
  • 路 Positive attitude
  • 路 Strong organization and communication skills
  • 路 Must be able to multitask
  • 路 Must be currently eligible to work in the U.S.聽
