About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the physical therapy needs of pediatric patients.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Utilize therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance motor skills and mobility.
- Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on exercises and activities to promote recovery.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming therapy environment for children and their families.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy in South Carolina.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Passion for helping children achieve their physical therapy goals.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
