Job DetailsJob Location: York, PA 17401Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: AdministrativeExecutive Assistant | York, PA | Full Time Buchart Horn is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide senior-level administrative and operational support within a multi-office AEC environment. In this role, you’ll support executive leadership through coordination of priorities, communication across departments, and oversight of key administrative functions that support firm operations. This position plays an important role in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations while supporting strategic initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational effectiveness across the firm. What You’ll Do: Serve as a primary point of contact between executive leadership, internal teams, clients, and external partners Provide oversight and support for administrative staff across multiple office locations Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance support for administrative team members Collaborate with Human Resources, Accounting, IT, Operations, and Business Development on firm initiatives and operational needs Develop, implement, and maintain administrative procedures and best practices Prepare reports, track operational information, and support month-end and year-end administrative activities Maintain business registrations, licenses, and related documentation for the firm and affiliated entities Support administrative systems, project accounting platforms, and internal process improvements Assist during audits and respond to administrative and procedural inquiries as needed Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all matters QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience Experience supporting executive leadership in an AEC, engineering, or professional services environment preferred Supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn and work within administrative, project management, and accounting systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard business software platforms Why Join Us: Be part of a collaborative and respected professional services firm Work closely with executive leadership on firm-wide initiatives and operations Opportunity to contribute to organizational improvements and operational success Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package
