The Switchboard Operator is the first point of contact for telephone support for our customers. Â Employees in this position excel in customer service and will contribute to the foundation of the Cornerstone Bank family. This is a full-time position with the full Cornerstone Bank employee benefit package. Â
Job Duties:
Will be responsible to operate the switchboard console to relay incoming, outgoing and internal phone calls. Will assist the Customer service department with various clerical related responsibilities. Â Â
Qualifications:
Equivalent to a high school education. Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently. Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank. Must have a pleasant voice and project a courteous, professional, and patient image over the phone.
