Switchboard Operator

The Switchboard Operator is the first point of contact for telephone support for our customers.  Employees in this position excel in customer service and will contribute to the foundation of the Cornerstone Bank family. This is a full-time position with the full Cornerstone Bank employee benefit package.  

Job Duties:

Will be responsible to operate the switchboard console to relay incoming, outgoing and internal phone calls. Will assist the Customer service department with various clerical related responsibilities.   

Qualifications:

Equivalent to a high school education. Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently. Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank. Must have a pleasant voice and project a courteous, professional, and patient image over the phone.
