Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Reports to: Regional Controller

Location: Yorktown, IN

Primary Purpose of Role

The Senior Financial Analyst supports financial operations and reporting while partnering with the business to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance visibility. This role plays a key part in financial closing, planning processes, cost analysis, and internal controls, while assisting the Controller in driving financial discipline, operational insight, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

路 Assist in preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and key performance indicators

路 Support timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

路 Help ensure compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP, and corporate accounting policies

路 Maintain adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and governance standards

路 Support internal and external audit processes and follow up on findings

Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management

路 Assist in annual budget, strategic plan, and rolling forecast preparation

路 Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Plan/Forecast) and highlight key drivers

路 Support monitoring of financial performance, including costs, profitability, and cash flow

路 Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs and operational performance

路 Contribute to CAPEX tracking and investment analysis

Business Support and Analysis

路 Partner with operations and functional teams to provide financial insights

路 Support decision-making through data analysis and reporting

路 Assist in evaluating business trends, risks, and opportunities

路 Help ensure alignment between financial plans and operational execution

路 Help supporting the sales team in pricing analysis

Cost Control & Process Improvement

路 Support cost control initiatives and tracking of cost reduction actions

路 Assist in analyzing cost structures and identifying efficiency opportunities

路 Participate in process improvements and standardization efforts

路 Contribute to improving reporting tools, systems, and data quality

路 Maintain Standard Costs updated

路Risk Management & Controls

路 Assist in identifying financial and operational risks

路 Support implementation and monitoring of mitigation plans

路 Help maintain a strong internal control environment and safeguard company assets

路 Promote compliance with corporate policies and ethical standards

Team & Cross Functional Collaboration

路 Collaborate with plant, regional, and shared service finance teams

路 Support coordination across functions to ensure alignment on financial data

路 Contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

路 Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

路 Ability to translate data into actionable insights

Qualifications and Experience

路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

路 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling roles

路 Experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis

路 Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments required

路 Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools (Hyperion or similar)
