Location: Yorkville, Tennessee (Near/within commuting distance of Dyer, Rutherford, Milan, Medina, and Jackson TN)
Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

As a Reorder Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and referral sources to ensure timely product reorders and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact patients to assess ongoing product needs and coordinate reorders.
  • Verify reorder eligibility and ensure all required documentation is complete and current.
  • Communicate with patients, caregivers, physician offices, clinics, and healthcare facilities regarding reorder status and requirements.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, referral sources, and internal teams.
  • Monitor reorder schedules and follow up on outstanding items to prevent delays in care.
  • Accurately enter and maintain information within company systems and databases.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
  • Track reorder activity, maintain reports, and update departmental spreadsheets and logs.
  • Identify and escalate documentation issues, patient concerns, or workflow barriers for timely resolution.
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to departmental goals and process improvements.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and quality

Preferred

  • Associate degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a healthcare, customer service, administrative, or office environment
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and healthcare operations
  • Experience within Durable Medical Equipment (DME), home health, wound care, or healthcare services
  • Experience working with patient records, payer portals, healthcare software, or ERP systems
