Job DetailsJob Location: Young Harris, GA 30582Position Type: Part TimeEducation Level: Graduate DegreeAdjunct Instructor – Political Science   Young Harris College invites applications for part time, non-tenure track positions to begin in January 2027.  Duties will primarily include teaching American Government courses for Young Harris Dual Enrollment.  Young Harris Dual Enrollment is the YHC program whereby high school students take college courses to receive transferable college credits while still earning credit toward high school graduation. The college needs an instructor to teach in-person at the Towns County High School (Hiawassee, Georgia) classroom location.   The successful candidate will have earned at least a Master’s degree in Political Science or closely related field. A strong commitment to teaching in a liberal arts undergraduate curriculum is required, as well as a comfort in using technology.  Reasonable student enrollment per course and competitive pay (per course).  Sample course syllabi will be provided by YHC faculty.
