Job Summary:

As an Aerial Groundhand, you will support aerial construction crews with material handling, site preparation, traffic control, equipment organization, and general labor activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and load trucks with materials and tools.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
• Complete required company documentation.
• Organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Read blueprints to interpret work assignments.
• Assist with traffic control and jobsite safety.
• Perform general cleanup of trucks and work areas.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Reconcile issued materials daily.
• Work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift throughout the day.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and work ethic.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
