Location: 175 N Buhl Farm Dr, Hermitage, PA
New denovo practice opened in 2025
80 new patients per month
Average production: $172K/month
3 operatories currently with expansion potential to 6
4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM)

Compensation & Benefits

Up to $50K Sign-On Bonus
Compensation: Competitive percentage of production/collections
Earning potential: Up to $250,000 - $500,000 annually

Ideal Candidate

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active or eligible for a Pennsylvania dental license
Open to new graduates or experienced dentists
