What you’ll do

Estimate Job Costs using customer bid specifications, detail drawings, historical data, and other information to prepare accurate job cost analysis including:
- Determine work scope, tools, and equipment requirements
- Raw Material costs
- Freight costs
- Outside Service and Sub-contractor costs
- Machine time
- Fabrication man-hours
- Inspection man-hours
- Assembly man-hours

Prepare and send quote documents to customer
Enter quote data into business system for tracking purposes
Enter router information into business system
Open orders/jobs
Track job performance and monitor for deviations from quoted times and costs

What you’ll need

Proficient in reading and interpreting detail drawings, technical specifications, and production orders
Experience working with DIN Spec Standards is a plus
Good computer skills and proficient in MS Word and Excel
Good organizational skills
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Creativity and problem solving abilities
Flexibility to respond to a fast pace environment with frequent changes in priorities
