Through individual therapy, group counseling, and medication-assisted treatment, we help clients heal, grow, and become the best version of themselves.
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Non-Medical Transportation Driver to join our team. This individual will ensure the safe and timely transportation of clients to and from treatment sessions, assist with light maintenance duties, and support operational needs, including specimen collection and vehicle upkeep.
Responsibilities
Transportation & Client Support
- Safely transport clients to and from Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and individual counseling sessions.
- Follow established routes and maintain punctuality for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Provide courteous assistance to clients entering and exiting the vehicle.
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company transportation policies.
Facility & Vehicle Maintenance
- Perform basic handyman and maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, cleaning assistance, restocking supplies).
- Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections, ensuring vehicles remain clean, safe, and compliant with all maintenance standards.
- Promptly report any vehicle issues or facility safety concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record (no points).
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform light maintenance tasks.
- Prior experience in transportation, healthcare, or maintenance preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Mahoning County area routes preferred.
