How you’ll make a difference:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and addiction specialists to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
• Supervise clinical staff and support professional development.
• Participate in program development, quality improvement, and innovative care initiatives.
• Ensure continuity of care through consultations and coordinated treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the Ohio Medical Board
• Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine 
• DEA certification
• Hospital admission privileges in at least one Mahoning County hospital
• ASAM certification or MRO experience preferred (not required)
• A passion for integrated, patient-focused care

• Licensed by the Ohio Medical Board
