OVERVIEW:

Responsible for providing safe, reliable and efficient transportation for residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Transportation Supervisor to pre-plan and schedule transportation needs of Agency clients.
Provide actual transportation with Agency van.
Schedule can use for all components of Agency.
Monitor and oversee behavior of Agency clients while under your supervision.
Develop schedule and maintain Agency vehicle maintenance and inspection program.
Maintain daily vehicle usage reports and monthly usage reports.
Other duties as may be assigned by Supervision.
Complete On-site checks HOME & EMPLOYMENT (at least MONTHLY – SOW) (WEEKLY direct contact @ home and worksite – TECHNICAL PROPOSAL)
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Mature individual with valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
Ability to coordinate and carry out transportation needs of Agency.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must be able to lift and/or move 25 pounds.
