This position manages escalated RMA cases and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring product issues and implement corrective actions. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective leadership, and the ability to influence continuous improvement throughout the quality process.   WORKING PROCEDURES: Lead root cause investigations for high-impact or recurring RMA cases and internal failures Work with engineering and quality teams to develop and implement solutions for long-term corrective actions. Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders Coordinate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing on product improvement initiatives Coordinate the documentation and reporting of all analysis activities and outcomes Contribute to supplier quality improvement by sharing insights from field returns Be able to complete any tasks in lower analysis jobs   DIRECTION OF OTHERS:   Coordinate with production to identify and address testing requirements   DIRECTION RECEIVED:   Works under normal supervision. Will take direction from engineering and quality teams for routine assignments. Qualifications EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:  Associate or bachelor’s degree in applicable field of study and two (2) years of experience in failure analysis, quality assurance, RMA processing Basic training in quality management system standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, Total Quality Management (TQM) Training in root cause analysis or comparable methodology Certified to J-STD-001 soldering standard   PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions Effective communication skills Strong analytical and organizational skills   At Powerex, we are dedicated to equal employment opportunity.
