Location: Michigan
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to support clients through remote mental health counseling. In this position, you will provide practical, client-centered care for people facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship concerns, and major life changes.

This is a full-time telehealth role for an LPC who values steady scheduling, professional clinical work, and the ability to help clients from a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver counseling sessions through a secure telehealth system
  • Evaluate client concerns and determine appropriate treatment goals
  • Build treatment plans that support client progress
  • Provide counseling using professional and ethical clinical practices
  • Track client outcomes and update records as needed
  • Licensed Professional Counselor license in Michigan
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or related behavioral health field
  • Clinical experience in therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
  • Ability to manage a caseload responsibly
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and documentation standards
  • 2 weeks PTO
