Great Benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision 4 weeks paid time off to start. 9 paid holidays 401k and profit sharing Full time, Monday to Friday Great work/home life balance Medical Receptionist – Ampla Health Join Ampla Health as a Medical Receptionist, where you'll be the first point of contact for patients—ensuring a positive experience both in person and over the phone. You'll manage front desk operations, verify coverage, and support administrative tasks that keep our clinic running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients, manage incoming calls, and schedule appointments Complete patient registration and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) Verify insurance coverage, co-pays, and patient eligibility Collect and post payments; reconcile daily cash transactions Maintain daily schedules and front desk inventory Support daily clinic operations and administrative needs Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Medical Assistant certification required Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word; able to type 40+ WPM Experience with payment collection and insurance verification Bilingual (Spanish, Punjabi, or Hmong) preferred Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Working Conditions: Fast-paced clinic environment Able to lift 40 lbs and push 100 lbs on wheels Frequent standing, bending, and reaching Exposure to infectious diseases possible Why Ampla Health? Employees must possess the following physical requirements:  1) Must be able to hear and communicate with clients and staff on telephone and those who are served in person, and speak clearly in order to communicate information to clients and staff 2) Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and push up to 100 pounds (on wheels) 3) Must have vision which is adequate to read memo’s, computer screen, registration forms and other clinic documents 4) Must have high manual dexterity 5) Able to reach above shoulder level to work, must be able to bend, squat and sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, kneel, twist/turn 6) May be exposed to contagious/infectious diseases
