Key Responsibilities Initiate and process patient referrals according to clinic protocols Schedule referral appointments and maintain referral tracking in the Dashboard and HER Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and outside providers regarding referrals Maintain referral logs, EHR worklists, and documentation in a timely manner Track and complete referrals according to established procedures and productivity expectations Enter and maintain accurate patient data in clinic systems Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and quality improvement activities Provide excellent customer service and assist patients as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Medical Assistant certification required Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM Basic Microsoft Word and computer skills Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Punjabi, or English/Hmong) preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Work Environment Office-based clinic environment with regular interaction with patients, staff, and outside providers. Must be able to communicate clearly, use standard office equipment, and lift up to 40 pounds when necessary.   Qualifications
