What You’ll Do
As a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, you will provide personalized, hands-on support tailored to each client’s needs. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding - Medication reminders
- Mobility assistance (in-home and appointments)
- Meal planning and preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Transportation (appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings)
- Providing parental support and respite care
- Observing and reporting changes in condition
- Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations

What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and takes ownership of their role.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred) - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation
- Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- A genuine passion for helping others
