Objective: To set up, operate and maintain 770 triangle pasta machine. Â
Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete pre-op by inspecting equipment for cleanliness and safety issues
- Operate machine efficiently and according to target production level and quality
- Ability to operate two or more machines simultaneouslyÂ
- Produce products in accordance with VFF quality and process standards
- Report any formulation related problems to supervisor
- Troubleshoot pasta machine problems and make adjustment as needed
- Responsible for assembling and disassembling pasta machines, and cleaning of work area
- Check ravioli seal, appearance, weight, filling ratio, and adjust when specifications are off
- Monitor and adjust ravioli production to ensure Quality standards are met.Â
- Check and monitor dough quality, consistency, and temperature
- Perform filling percentage checks to ensure Ravioli meets production spec
- Watch pasteurizer time, temperature and ravioli quality
- Complete knowledge of lock out and  tag out procedures
- Communicating all down time and/or equipment issues to line lead

Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Sanitize machines before and after use
- Complete reports and follow HACCP, CGMP, GMP, SOPs, and SSOPs
- Follow personal hygiene policy and other company safety policies/requirements
- Provide support to other areas of production as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Read and write basic English
- Basic math skills
- Able and willing to complete CGMP, HACCP, SSOPs, safety, sanitation, and equipment trainings
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years food processing experience
