Requirements

Your Role as Assistant General Manager:

Lead and support an amazing team
Ensure top-tier guest service & satisfaction
Help manage daily operations, food quality, and cleanliness
Control labor and food costs
Foster a fun and engaging work culture

What We’re Looking For:

Previous restaurant management or leadership experience
Strong communication & time management skills
A passion for hospitality and teamwork
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends
