ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for kindergarten children
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
- Implement positive behavioral guidance strategies and ensure a safe learning space
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
- Support individual learning needs and encourage social and emotional growth
Qualifications
- Four-year degree in education
- Strong classroom management and communication skillsÂ
- Passion for nurturing and educating young childrenÂ
- Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred
