Sonic Summary

The position involves traveling to customer sites for the installation, commissioning, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of NOV products.
Candidates are expected to perform field installations, system calibrations, and operational testing of equipment.
The role also includes conducting software and hardware upgrades and ensuring systems operate efficiently.
In addition, the candidate will train customers on the operation and maintenance of NOV equipment, while maintaining timely documentation and communication with internal teams.
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year.

Travel to customer sites to install, commission, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot NOV products.
Conduct field installations, system calibrations, and operational testing of equipment.
Perform software and hardware upgrades while ensuring systems are operating efficiently.
Train customers on the safe and proper operation, maintenance, and functionality of NOV equipment.
Accurately complete and submit field service reports, inspection records, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
Communicate equipment failures, customer feedback, and field observations to the appropriate internal teams.
Provide technical support while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Adhere to all NOV HSE policies, procedures, and quality standards.
