As a Welder Operator, you will be responsible for fabricating heating elements, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards by using a CNC operated laser welding machine.Â

As a Welder Operator, you will be responsible for fabricating heating elements, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards by using a CNC operated laser welding machine.Â
Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks using Laser Welding on various materials.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete welding projects.
- Conduct inspections of welds to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members on construction site operations and rigging tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Use basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks.
- Operate forklifts as needed for lifting heavy materials during the welding process.
Qualifications
- Proven experiencer in a construction site environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with using calipers and other measuring tools for precise work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while on-site.
