This role involves enforcing community pool rules, monitoring swimmer activity, and providing excellent customer service. Tentative Dates: ASAP – September 15, 2026 Proposed Schedule: Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM Wednesday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Responsibilities: Enforce all pool rules and safety guidelines consistently and fairly. Monitor pool activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment. Report incidents, maintenance issues, or unsafe behavior to management promptly. Provide friendly assistance and guidance to residents. Maintain a professional, attentive, and approachable presence at all times. QualificationsQualifications: Previous experience as a lifeguard, pool monitor, or in customer service preferred. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to remain vigilant and proactive while on duty. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not required.
